Visit the Walmart website http://www.walmartone.com, you will see a clickable link “forgot my password” or “forgot my user ID” on the main page. Click the link “forgot my password” to reset your password. Another window will appear on your screen when you click this link. You will be asked to provide your email address in a box, make sure you provide the correct email address which is associated with your Walmart account. An automated email will go into your inbox, check the email received in your inbox and follow the instructions given in the email to reset your password.
