A replacement card arrives at your home address within 7-14 business days.
You can get your Walmart Employee card replaced by calling at 0800–421–1362. You can also do it online using the Online Discount Card Application located on the WIRE. You can also do it through Walmart website, just go to Walmartone.com enter your login information i.e. your user name and password to access your account. Go to the “Money” tab and click “Money Savers” from the drop down menu and then click “Walmart and Sam’s Club Discounts”. Select the “Discount Card Application” and fill out the form with all the relevant information including your ID number which will be on your present card also, and then submit this application online.
The new card will be mailed to your home address so you need to make sure that you have provided your current home mailing address to your HR/personnel representative. You may experience a delay in receiving your discount card if your address is not correct or updated in the HR record.
