Here is the process to activate your phones. Go to the website http://www.myfamilymobile.com and click the tab “activate a phone”. Make sure you have the following things with you before proceeding to the next step.
• Your family mobile phones with their packaging
• A Starter Kit which includes your SIM card and activation code. It is a onetime purchase required for each phone number which needs to be activated. It can be purchased at participating Walmart stores.
• Your valid driving license or any other accepted form of personal ID which can be (U.S. Driver’s license, military ID (active duty or retired), passport, territory IDs (e.g. Puerto Rico ID), U.S. permanent resident card (green card, resident alien card), Federally-issued disability ID card, State or federally-issued ID card, Tribal-issued ID card, Canadian driver’s license, Matricula Consular ID card (Mexican government ID), Foreign passport, Visa, New York state benefit card, New York state learner’s permit)
Once all done then click the “Next” tab showing under the option “Is this your first Family Mobile phone?”. On the next page you’ll be asked to select number of phone you want to activate today by checking the radio buttons. Once done click the “next” tab and pick the phone device you want to activate from the given list showing on the same page. Proceed to the next step and fill in the in the information including your First name, Last name, SIM Number, Activation Code, IMEI Number i.e. your phone serial number, and your phone number in the given boxes. Once done, provide them with your web related information. Review your information in the next step and confirm it by clicking the confirmation tab. Once all done, go to the home page and enter your family mobile phone number to proceed further and get access to your online account. You can view bill details and make payments through your online account along with checking call and text use and set limits and managing data.
