this is very easy. all you need to do is to go to the website and click the link “forgot username” or forgot Password” showing under the login area. once you click any of the above option a new window will open where you will be asked to write your email address in a box. provide them the correct email address linked to the walmart account. once done, check your inbox for an automated email received from walmart. follow the instructions given in the email to reset your account information. good luck!
