Its the official policy of the walmart to delete your employee account when an employee quits, retires or gets fire from the company. So getting your new employee ID would be out of question since you no longer associated with the company, however you can still get your W2 form. You can easily get it by following the instructions given in the below link. A similar question has been asked in the past by one of the ex employee so i am just posting the link of that answer for your convenience.
