Go to the WalmartOne website and click the clickable link “forgot my password” or “forgot my user ID” to reset your password or user ID. Clicking these links will take you to another window where you will be asked to provide email address associated with your Walmart account. Once done, check the email received in your inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password or user ID. But make sure you provide the correct email address which is associated with your Walmart account.
