it is best to reset your login information to avoid these kind of issues. it usually happens when you enter incorrect user name or password to log into you account. you can easily change your password through forgot password option available at the bottom of login page on the walmart website. it will ask for your username and new password. once done then it will take you to your account. but if you are not sure about your user name too then you can also change it by clicking on the forgot user ID link. it will reset your login details. cheers malisa!
